Satisfaction / Returns
Our customers are overwhelmingly satisfied with their furnishing selections. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you must contact us within 7 days after receiving item(s) for return instructions. Item(s) must be in original purchase condition for a refund minus a 15% re-stocking fee, if this is a custom lighting piece there could be up to a 50% fee for re-stocking. Please repackage the items as received and ship as instructed, return shipping charges are not refundable.
After your order has been placed, you have 24 hours to cancel the order before any fees are incurred. Past this time, cancellation fees may be imposed if the product has started production. If you wish to return delivered merchandise, please contact us for a product return authorization. Customer pays return shipping. Please re-package merchandise with care as return freight damage will be chargeable to you. Custom orders and stained furnishings may not be returned.
Credits and Accounts
The crediting of credit card accounts shall be governed exclusively by this Agreement. In the event we determine to provide credit to your account in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Agreement, after verification, We will issue credit to the original account number charged. Anticipate account crediting within (30) thirty days of our notifying you of your account credit amount.
